By using our Website you agree to be bound by our below terms of use and all other terms, conditions and disclaimers on the Website (“Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website immediately. Preordering your MirraMirra™ phone case or contributing to the Indiegogo campaign

If you have been lucky enough to pre-order your MirraMirra™ phone case via Indiegogo, then you will be one of the few worldwide to receive your MirraMirra™ phone case with light up mirror. After much prototype testing and tweaking we are now in production phase! So, please be patient (I know, we can hardly wait either) and it’ll be on your doorstep before you know it.

Please check our separate terms including for each contribution via our Indiegogo campaign carefully when choosing and make sure you familiarize yourself with the general terms and conditions of the site. As we’re sure you know Indiegogo is a third party crowdsourcing platform and so we are not responsible for the Indiegogo website or its content. You join our campaign and use the Indiegogo website at your own risk.

Use of Website

Most of you will be accessing our Website for the latest information about the MirraMirra™ including how you can get your hands on one! However, not all users of the Internet visit websites for this reason. So, it unfortunately has to be said that all users of our Website must comply with all laws in connection with their use of this Website. For example, you must not:

Purchasing goods and services from the Website

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase the MirraMirra™ phone case or any other products from this Website. Where you are under the age of 18 years, you must get the consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to making any purchases from this Website.

Like you, we love to have an easy and safe way to pay so we use the third party online merchant PayPal for purchases. You agree that you will comply with PayPal’s terms and conditions and their policies, and you are responsible for ensuring that you are using PayPal in accordance with all relevant laws.

Returns, exchanges and credits

We want you to love your MirraMirra™ phone case and so we will gladly provide a refund or replacement for in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For example, we will offer you a refund, credit or exchange where your MirraMirra™ phone case is faulty, defective or not as we described. Generally a refund will not be provided where you simply change your mind but hey, it doesn’t hurt to ask us!

If you have an issue with your MirraMirra™ phone case then you should definitely contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to resolve it for you, including to provide a refund, exchange or credit. We will require you to return the product to us, using the method we set out in our reply, for checking and to provide you with a refund, exchange or credit. However, if we don’t hear from you within 10 business days AEST of you receiving your MirraMirra™ phone case then we may not accept your request. Where we agree to a refund, exchange or credit then you will only have to pay for the additional postage if it’s not due to a fault or defect in the MirraMirra™ phone case.

MirraMirra Detailed Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a MirraMira APP user (a “Referrer”), you are subject to MirraMirra’s Terms and Conditions and MirraMirra’s Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Referral Program:

Qualified referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.mirramirra.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website and entering your unique code as generated through the APP. You are limited to one referral point for each Qualified referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional referral points.

Who is Referred Customer?

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referred Customer must have a different email address, along with different billing and shipping information from the Referrer.

What are the Referral Rewards?

For you to earn referral points as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete a purchase and at the time of purchase enter the unique code you provided to them.

Multiple referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral code and the code entered at the checkout process will receive the referral point.

What are Reward Payments

Rewards points are shown on your APP and upon receiving 8 points you are entitled to a free MirraMirra case or upgrade. After 8 points have been earned you are entitled to go into the running of winning the holiday prize as outlined on the MirraMirra website. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.


Eligibility is limited to individuals only. MirraMirra’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in MirraMirra’s sole discretion. (Corporations are not people!)

No SPAM policy

You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from MirraMirra’s Referral Program.

Right to close accounts

MirraMirra reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the MirraMirra Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to cancel program or change terms

MirraMirra reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
